​​​I joined the 6-week transformation programme at 1Vybe Fitness, and honestly, it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and fitness.

Over the six weeks, I lost 8 kg, dropped 3.3% body fat, and gained muscle (tracked using a body composition scale)—all without extreme dieting or cutting out foods I enjoy. The focus on weight training and building sustainable, healthy eating habits made it feel realistic and something I can actually stick to long-term.

My journey started with a simple phone call. I had tried a lot of things before and realised that just having a gym membership wasn’t enough—I needed proper guidance, structure, and accountability. Thankfully, I found exactly that here.
